5 more school days to go and I'm hanging in there by a thread. I was on the verge of cracking last week but well, alas, I lived. Goal for these last few days is to just try and live through each lesson but mentally, I'm probably mostly switched off already. I say mostly only because I still have a damn math test on probability (kill me), quadratics and functions tomorrow which is my last chance to boost up my math grade and considering that I screwed the last "surprise" quiz, I have to do well in tomorrow's one.
So here I am, doing math the whole day, how exciting. Did I ever mention that I've been doing the same 10 questions on range/domain for 3 times now and I'm still not getting it? Such a pain. I hate how in math studies it's so easy that it's hard and that I can't not get it because I moved from standard. And let's not forget probability which I have no clue about. It's going to be a loooonnng sunday afternoon.
Anyway, last wednesday I finally got my bikini, top. I managed to make a quick trip to H&M to buy a simple, black bikini top and that trip just somehow became the main topic of my post today.
People and changing rooms
... then I found the matching bikini bottom but was not sure of the size so I decided to try it on in the changing room. Knowing that the changing rooms in H&M (especially in Langham Place) are nuts, I knew it would be a minimum 15 minute wait. I head over to the queue and wooah, it was loooonggg. So there I was standing in line with just my black bikini compared to everyone else's and I was waiting, and waiting, and waiting. After awhile, a few more people joined in the line behind me.
After 10 minutes of waiting, the queue still wasn't moving and honestly I was getting a little annoyed. Well, I mean I'm not exactly the most patient person in the world but I did try. So after another 20 minutes of waiting, the queue literally, only moved forward like 3 people. I just stood there for another 25 minutes before finally losing my cool, going "fuck" before leaving the damn queue.
What happened in the queue that never moved which quite honestly, pissed me off.
- People bringing in like, 5 sets of clothes. Okay, I don't mind that cos I mean honestly, you'd want to try as much as possible so that you wouldn't have to queue in that horrid line again. Understood. BUT, it gets very annoying when people take in their 5 sets of clothes and take their time to try it on in the changing room. Literally, I see people going into the changing rooms (slowly) but no one ever coming out. Do you really need to take min. 15 damn minutes to try on your clothes? Can't people be a little more considerate and look at the bloody line of people waiting behind?
- People queuing for their friends/relatives. Seriously people, no wonder the friggin queue never moves! Once someone finally, leaves the changing room, suddenly out of nowhere, friend here joins her other friend in the queue and moves into the line and into the changing room. I mean, WTF? I literally had this face on. Seriously guys. WTF is up with that? Can't people be a little more damn considerate? What queues need are, "One person queues for one person". Don't stand there and then when it's almost your turn, your whole damn family joins in.

- Their friends/relatives bringing in another 3 sets of clothes to try on. Oh great, just when I thought you were going to take at least 20 minutes, another 15 minutes just got added onto that time. I mean, is this for real?
- Their friends/relatives bringing in another what, 2 sets of clothes for their pals in the queue to try on. This sums up my frustration.
And finally, I got so fed up with the queue and left without trying on my bikini. I didn't get the bottoms in the end, and that was how I ended up with only a bikini top (and so I need to get my bottoms this week). Lucky for me, I bought a simple black top so it shouldn't be too hard finding a plain black bottoms, if they sell separates here.
